Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity
We do not discriminate. At Newland AIDC EMEA, we treat everyone equally. We do not discriminate based on sexual orientation, disability, or ethnicity. (PS – nearly 50% of our management team is female, and that’s only because the team consists of an odd number.)

Reduce & Recycle
Efficient stock management and shipping policies enable us to reduce our carbon footprint and waste.
We are big on the repair. That's why we have service points throughout the region, not only to provide better and faster service but also to reduce our carbon footprint.
We can’t make our scanners from paper, but we can and do use recycled materials for all of our shipments, from organic and biodegradable packing peanuts to reusing materials and packaging.

Like every barcode is unique, each tree is unique. Puns aside, together with our partners we’ve planted 15,000 trees and we aim to go beyond that number.

Empower Each Other

Causes
We’ve donated €30,000+ in aid, such as food and medical equipment, to support war victims and continue to work together with our partners to support causes across the EMEA region.

Supporting local children and sports
We support local sports teams because we believe that every child should be able to play to their heart’s content. We give these kids a place to connect with each other, build teamwork skills, and be able to play the game itself!

Workplace Ethics
We take great care to treat all employees equally. We hope our suppliers, partners, and distributors take equally great care in providing a safe working environment with fair pay, hours, and regulations.
