Our Story

Where business operations and IT systems are becoming increasingly complex in the fast-paced AIDC and tech industry, our scanning solutions break through the noise and bring efficiency through simplicity. Founded in 2009 in the Netherlands, Newland EMEA has expanded across the region with 16 offices and 5 service centers, and we continue to grow as we develop our product portfolio, services, and teams to make scanning simple and accessible with a people approach. Together, with our extensive partner network, we offer our products and services locally in 60+ countries. Newland EMEA’s paves the way for innovative, accessible scanning solutions in three ways.

Newland AIDC EMEA (Newland Europe BV) is part of Newland Technology Group and a subsidiary of Newland Digital Technology Co. Ltd. Founded in 1994 in Fuzhou, China, it became a top 500 High-Tech and top 100 software company.

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2000, the group now has $1B revenue and over 5,000 employees, with subsidiaries in Taiwan, the USA, and the Netherlands. Newland Digital Technology specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and managing data collection, mobile communication, and payment devices.

Our product range consists of OEM scan engines, stationary scanners handheld scanners, mobile computers, micro kiosks and tablets. All our devices are based on our own proprietary UIMG Image technology and 2D Decoder chip. Our technologies allow us to pack performance without compromising on the price, save on resources, and minimize the carbon footprint of our devices all at the same time.
