We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Officer to join our Inside Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for entering and processing sales orders in our financial system (Exact) while serving as the first point of contact for our customers. Your ability to manage customer inquiries and assist with order processing will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Daily Responsibilities
Enter and process sales orders accurately in our financial system (Exact).
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to products, delivery times, and stock levels.
Assist in preparing documentation for outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Manage and process product returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth return experience for customers.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and support.
Your Profile
Available to work 32-40 hours per week.
Fluent in both Dutch and English; proficiency in another language (e.g., Arabic, German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Excellent teamwork skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to unexpected requests or changes in workload.
Nice to Have (but Not Essential):
Previous experience in the B2B industry.
Familiarity with sales order processing systems and procedures.
