(Junior) Controller

As a (Junior) Controller at our HQ in The Netherlands, you will play a crucial role within our finance department. You will ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and contribute to maintaining a solid financial administration.

• Managing financial accounts and general ledger reconciliations;

• Preparing and filing VAT returns and handling other tax-related matters;

• Preparing and creating financial reports;

• Supporting month-end and quarterly closings;

• Assisting in preparing balance files for annual accounts and tax filings;

• Reviewing financial processes and identifying areas for improvement;

• Managing accounts payable and receivable;

• Preparing payment batches;

• Providing administrative support during peak periods

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting;

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;

• Knowledge of tax regulations and risk management;

• Independent, accurate, and strong communication skills;

• Proficiency in Dutch and English;

• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
