At Newland AIDC EMEA, we are on a mission to make data capture simple, smart, and accessible. To support our continued growth in the UK & Ireland, we are looking for a Channel Manager who knows how to turn partnerships into performance.

LOCATION & TRAVEL
This is a remote role, preferably based in the Midlands, Greater Manchester, or Yorkshire area. Regular travel within the UK and occasional international travel are part of the role.

Daily Responsibilities

As Channel Manager, you are the driving force behind our partner network in the UK & Ireland. You build, develop, and activate relationships with distributors, resellers, and key accounts — always with a sharp eye on growth and opportunity. You take ownership of your region and know exactly how to translate strategy into results.

  • Drive partner success: You are the go-to person for our key channel partners. You build strong relationships, ensure high service levels, and help partners succeed in selling our solutions. Through focused QBRs, you keep a close eye on pipeline and performance.

  • Grow the business: You actively expand our channel by onboarding new partners and identifying strategic opportunities. You manage the full sales cycle for key accounts — from first contact to closing the deal.

  • Enable and inspire: You equip partners with the right tools, knowledge, and training to maximize their potential. You know how to position our products and create momentum in the market.

  • Think ahead: You stay on top of market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs — and translate insights into concrete actions and opportunities.

Your Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within IT hardware

  • Proven success in channel development and/or key account management in the UK & Ireland

  • Experience working for a manufacturer in AIDC or ePOS? That’s a strong plus

  • Strong commercial skills: negotiation, presentation, and closing deals come naturally

  • A results-driven mindset — you go for targets and don’t stop there

  • The ability to build lasting relationships at all levels

  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality

  • A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach

  • Native-level English
