Newland EMEA is a B2B technology manufacturer. In addition to Newland, the EMEA marketing team looks after our sub-brands Speedata and Wannapay along with our own SaaS Ndevor.

What will you be doing

We’re a small team with a lot of determination and excitement when it comes to reaching our goals. As our Marketing Communications Lead, you will serve as the lead on communications within the organization both internal and external.

 

This person will work closely with management, marketing, and sales to deliver communications across all platforms including website, social, advertising and lead messaging development, creation and management of all content. In addition, this person will be responsible for website maintenance and enhancement along with managing our translation process.
 

  • Maintain and deploy monthly and quarterly content roadmap including all communications – social, email, print, blog, etc.
  • Create content and deploy across platforms
  • Develop and manage campaigns & activation activities, coordinating all aspects
  • Working with business units to leverage happenings in the market for content development
  • Manage and maintain the Newland websites including liaison with web development agency for both maintenance and enhancement
  • Lead the development, enhancement & maintenance of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, etc.
  • Manage Newland’s translation process and deployment of translated materials
  • Develop & manage crisis communication plan for the organization.
  • Support other marketing work as necessary

What we’re looking for

  • BA/BS degree in a relatable field
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role within B2B environment
  • Fluent or native English proficiency.
  • Proven record of successful campaigns
  • Expertise in developing content strategies and messaging
  • Ability to create a content roadmap that is aligned to sales & buyer’s journey
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, cross-functional approach to planning and problem solving
  • Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A problem solver. You think in solutions, rather than problems.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be comfortable juggling many different tasks.
  • You’re flexible and don’t mind a (last-minute) change of plans.
  • You’re proactive, creative and like to think outside the box.
  • Keen to learn, adapt and apply yourself to new challenges.
