After opening service centers in Poland and the United Kingdom this year, opening a Service Center in South Africa is the next step in making scanning technology accessible to businesses of all shapes and sizes across the entire EMEA region. The new Service Center allows for local support to partners and is part of providing faster and greener solutions.
Leading the South African Service Center is Newland EMEA’s Field Application Engineer, Themba Nhlapo, who has 10 years of experience in the field. The expertise of Themba and the strategic location allows Newland EMEA to offer exceptional scanning solutions with faster turn-around times, improved service contracts, and on-the-ground local support, such as repairs, with short lines of communication, increasing efficiency and speed for partners and end-users located in the region.
